The Omidia Signature Film is a short film about one home, written and directed by Omid. It's vertical, about 25 to 40 seconds, and made for your feed. On a listing it takes the place of the Walkthrough Reel. The Walkthrough Video stays your MLS video.
What you get:
- One idea for the home, written by Omid: a voice-over, lyrics, dialogue or music alone
- A directed shoot, on the same visit as your photos where possible
- Drone shots when the idea calls for them, at no extra cost
- An edit cut to original or licensed music, with titles and our own colour grade
- The 9:16 film, a cover frame for your grid, and a version without the price when the price appears
- One round of changes to the idea, and one to the cut
How it works:
- Book online, like any other shoot. You can answer three short questions: the tone you like, whether you'd like to appear in it, and anything the seller doesn't want shown.
- The idea, within 2 business days. One page: the title, the words, the music and, if you appear in it, what you do on the day and what to wear. Ask for one round of changes, then approve it and confirm the seller has agreed to it.
- The shoot, on the same visit as your photos where possible. The earliest shoot date is 4 business days after booking, so the idea is settled first.
- The first cut, within 5 business days of the shoot. One round of changes, then the final.
Allow about three weeks from booking to the final film, and book early if you want it on list day.
Pricing
By property size, one price per size, whatever the idea:

Booked with photos or a Walkthrough Video, the film covers the trip, so those are charged at their same-visit rates. A Drone Video delivered as its own file is still a separate add-on.
If the drone can't fly. Drone shots are part of the film, not an add-on, so the price is the same with or without them. If weather or airspace keeps the drone down, we make the film without the aerials or come back for them another day.
Cancelling
Cancelling is free until we send you the idea. After that, you can cancel any time before the shoot and get back everything you paid for the film except a flat $150 idea fee. If the idea isn't approved by your shoot date, we move the shoot at no charge. A film not shot within 60 days of booking counts as cancelled, and the idea fee applies.
Yours to use for the listing and, after the sale, on your own feed, website and ads.
If you appear in it. You're in the film only if the idea calls for it and you want to. We use your image and voice to make the film and, with your OK, in our portfolio. If anyone else appears, you arrange it and get their permission first.
Not included: an MLS version, raw clips and project files, and anyone or anything hired for the day, such as extras, props and permits. Wardrobe, props and any extras are yours to arrange, and the idea page says what the day needs.
