One visit, priced once: when a pricier service is already bringing us out, they cost less: up to 900 sq ft ($169), 901–1,500 sq ft ($199), 1,501–3,000 sq ft ($239), 3,001–5,000 sq ft ($359), 5,001+ sq ft ($519). Your price is worked out when you enter the address.
What's the difference between the Walkthrough Video and the Walkthrough Reel?
The shape and where it plays. It's the same home tour. The video is horizontal and full length, for MLS, YouTube and email. The reel is vertical and shorter, for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Book the one that fits where you'll post it, or both.
Can I appear on camera?
Yes. Add Agent On-Camera (+$199) for a branded intro, walkthrough commentary or outro with you on camera. It works with the video, the reel, or both.
When will I get my video?
Within 4 business days of the shoot. The date you see when you book is the one that applies. Photos and floor plans come the next business day, so you can list while the video is in the edit. We email you when it's ready in your dashboard.
