How much does real estate photography cost in Vancouver?
Our real estate photography starts at $199 per shoot, which includes 20 professional photos with next-business-day delivery. Larger photo counts are available: 25 photos ($249), 30 photos ($299), 40 photos ($399). Every other service — floor plans, drone, video, 3D tours, feature sheets — is added individually, and anything booked for the same visit is charged at a reduced rate because it doesn't need a second trip. Zone-based travel fees may apply for properties outside our core service area (North Vancouver).

We serve all of Greater Vancouver within a 65km radius of North Vancouver. This includes Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Langley, Delta, Maple Ridge, White Rock, and Squamish.
How quickly do I receive my photos?
We deliver the next business day. Your edited photos will be available in your Omidia dashboard by the end of the next business day after your shoot.
Can I book same-day real estate photography?
Subject to availability, we can accommodate same-day bookings. Our real-time calendar shows all available time slots so you can book instantly online.
Is photo editing included, or does it cost extra?
It is included. Every Omidia photo goes through Omidia Finish — colour and white-balance correction, exposure and HDR blending, window pull, reflection and clutter cleanup, lens correction, and one consistent grade across the whole set. Many studios bill this per image. We never charge for it as an add-on, and it is applied to every photo in the set rather than a selection.
