Every service is priced on its own — there are no packages to choose between. Two things set the price:
- Your property size, for the services where a bigger home means more work: the floor plan, both videos and the 3D tour. Photography is priced by the number of photos instead.
- What else is on the same visit. Coming out to a property costs the same whether we shoot one thing or five, so we only charge for it once.
The dearest service in your order is charged its normal price and covers the trip. Everything else booked for that same visit is charged a lower rate — what it actually adds once we're already there. A floor plan on its own is $149; added to a shoot that's already happening it's $79.
Two things follow. Ordering a single service costs exactly what it always did — there's nothing for it to share a trip with. And nothing you add ever makes something already in your order cost more.
Two extras get cheaper for a different reason — not a shared trip, but work we already have in hand. Feature Sheet Design is $19 instead of $99 whenever your order already brings us out, because your photos and property details are already here. Aerial Annotations are $29 instead of $99 when the drone photos are flown on the same order.
