The Omidia Signature Film starts with an idea written for the home: a voice-over, lyrics, a few lines of dialogue, or music alone. You approve the idea, we shoot it, on the same visit as your photos where possible, and we cut it to original or licensed music: a song written for the house, or a licensed track. The result is a vertical film of about 25 to 40 seconds, made for your feed. On a listing it takes the place of the Walkthrough Reel. The Walkthrough Video stays your MLS video.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the Omidia Signature Film cost?
It is priced by property size: up to 900 sq ft ($499), 901–1,500 sq ft ($599), 1,501–3,000 sq ft ($699), 3,001–5,000 sq ft ($849), 5,001+ sq ft ($999). That is one price per size, whatever the idea, and drone shots the idea calls for are included. Booked with photos or a Walkthrough Video, the film covers the trip, so those are charged at their same-visit rates. Your price is worked out when you enter the address.
How does the Omidia Signature Film work?
You book and pay online, like any other shoot, and can answer three short questions: the tone you like, whether you'd like to appear in it, and anything the seller doesn't want shown. Within 2 business days you get the idea on one page: the title, the words, the music and, if you appear in it, what you do on the day and what to wear. Ask for one round of changes, then approve it and confirm the seller has agreed to it. We shoot on the same visit as your photos where possible. The earliest shoot date is 4 business days after booking, so the idea is settled first. The first cut is ready within 5 business days of the shoot, with one round of changes before the final. Allow about three weeks from booking to the final film, and book early if you want it on list day.
Are drone shots included?
Yes, when the story needs them. Drone shots are part of the film whenever the idea calls for them, at no extra cost. If weather or airspace keeps the drone down, we make the film without the aerials or come back for them another day, and the price stays the same. A Drone Video delivered as its own file is still a separate add-on, at $299.
How is the Signature Film different from the Walkthrough Reel?
The Walkthrough Reel is the tour: the home room to room, a shorter vertical cut of the Walkthrough Video, planned from the floor plan. The Signature Film starts from an idea written for the home, and you appear in it only if the idea calls for it and you want to. If it can be planned from the floor plan, it's a Walkthrough Reel. If it needs an idea, it's a Signature Film. On a listing the film takes the place of the reel, and the Walkthrough Video stays your MLS video.
What isn't included in the Signature Film?
An MLS version: the Walkthrough Video is the one made for the MLS. Raw clips and project files. And anyone or anything hired for the day, such as extras, props and permits. Wardrobe, props and any extras are yours to arrange, and the idea page says what the day needs.
Can I cancel a Signature Film?
Yes. It is free to cancel until we send you the idea. After that, you can cancel any time before the shoot and get back everything you paid for the film except a flat $150 idea fee. If the idea isn't approved by your shoot date, we move the shoot at no charge. A film not shot within 60 days of booking counts as cancelled, and the idea fee applies.
