Testimonial & Likeness Release

This page explains exactly what you agree to when you tick the consent box and choose to share your review as a testimonial. Sharing a testimonial is always optional, unpaid, and something you can withdraw at any time.

By checking the consent box, you ("you") give Omidia permission to use the
feedback you provided about your order as a testimonial, on the terms below.

1. What you're allowing.
   You grant Omidia a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce,
   publish, and display:
     (a) the words of your review;
     (b) your name, in the form you selected (full name, first name and last
         initial, or anonymous);
     (c) your photo, only if you chose to include one; and
     (d) basic, non-identifying context about your order — the general service
         you ordered, the city (NEVER your street address), and the month;
   in Omidia's marketing — including its website, social media accounts, email,
   online and print advertising, and similar promotional materials.

2. It's voluntary and unpaid.
   Providing a testimonial is entirely optional. You will not be paid for it,
   and choosing not to provide one (or withdrawing it later) will never affect
   your service, pricing, or standing as a client.

3. It must be genuine.
   You confirm the review reflects your honest, real experience and opinion. We
   may make minor edits for length, clarity, or to fix typos, but we will not
   change the meaning of what you said.

4. You can withdraw at any time.
   You can ask us to stop using your testimonial at any time by emailing
   [email protected]. We will remove it from channels we control
   within a reasonable time. We may not be able to recall materials already
   printed or already distributed by others (for example, a social post that
   was shared), but we will stop further use.

5. Privacy.
   Your name, photo, and review are personal information handled in line with
   Omidia's Privacy Policy. We store a record of your consent (including the
   date and the version of these terms) solely to show that permission was
   given.

6. Approval before publishing.
   Your consent allows publication; it does not require it. Omidia reviews each
   testimonial before it appears anywhere and may choose not to publish it.

7. Eligibility.
   You confirm you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to give this
   permission.
