Neighbourhood Shots are photos of the area around your listing — the park at the end of the block, the SkyTrain entrance, the café people walk to, the seawall. They are for showing buyers what living there is like, not what the house looks like.
You get 3 stops within 3 km of the property, 3 photos at each, finished to match your listing photos. You pick the kinds of place — park, transit, café, waterfront — and we pick the exact spots. A fourth stop is $29.
It is $79 when a shoot is already bringing us out, and $129 on its own — the same rule as every other on-site service: whatever is paying for the trip pays full price, and everything else pays what it adds.
Not for the MLS gallery. The Rules of Cooperation that govern the MLS System here say listing images must relate only to the property for sale, so a photo of a park is not a listing image. Use these on your own website, your social media, your feature sheets, in print and in email — that is what they are licensed for. What goes on a listing is between you and your brokerage.
What if it rains, or a spot is closed? If we cannot photograph a stop legally or safely — a permit is needed, the park is closed, an event is on — we shoot another place of the same kind nearby and tell you which. If we cannot do that either, you get the stops we did shoot and we refund the difference.
Can you shoot a school? No. We do not photograph schools, playgrounds in use, or children. If a school catchment is the selling point, name it in your copy and we will shoot the street or the park instead.
Will people be in the photos? Not recognisably. We shoot to keep people out of frame and we do not deliver a photo where someone can be identified.
The photos arrive in their own Neighbourhood tab in your order, separate from the listing photos, so the two never get mixed up.
