Aerial Annotations turn your drone photos into a neighborhood story. We overlay key information directly onto your aerial shots so buyers immediately understand the property's location and context — not just what the home looks like, but where it sits.
It's $29 when the drone photos are flown as part of the same order, and $99 if you add it later to a shoot we've already delivered — reopening a finished set is its own job. Either way it's a flat rate, not priced by property size. Each property typically receives 2-4 annotated images selected from your drone set. Our editor picks the most marketable angles and overlays:
- Property lot lines — exact boundaries of the parcel
- 3-5 key landmarks with distances — automatically chosen based on what's actually nearby and relevant (e.g., transit, schools, beach, parks, marine)
- Cardinal direction — compass for orientation
- Property address — text overlay for clarity
Annotations are added in post-production — no extra on-site shoot time required.
