For most orders, payment is taken when you book. That's what lets us confirm your time slot and start work without delays.
If you choose Interac e-Transfer, your booking is confirmed immediately and the amount is due right away — send it to the address we show you at checkout, quoting your order number. Your photos unlock as soon as we confirm the transfer arrived.
If we add work to an order you've already paid for, we invoice the difference separately rather than re-charging the original payment.
Some accounts are set up with us to book without paying first. If yours is one of them, the total is due when your media is delivered to your dashboard.
