The estimate on the booking screen is the one that applies to your order. It is worked out from what you actually ordered and how busy that week is, so trust it over any general figure — including the ones below.
As a guide, counted in business days from the end of your shoot:
- Photos, drone photos, aerial annotations, floor plans, 3D tours and feature sheets: normally the next business day.
- Video, reels and drone video: within 4 business days. Post-production takes the extra time: stabilization, colour grading and sound.
- Signature Film: the first cut within 5 business days of the shoot, then one round of changes before the final.
Rush Delivery is a self-serve option at checkout for $99, available when your order includes photos: it brings your photos, drone photos included, and floor plans forward to 8:00 PM on the day of your shoot. It does not shorten video, reels, drone video or the Signature Film.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding B.C. statutory holidays.
