Feature Sheet Design is a custom-designed 4-page 8.5×11 digital feature sheet for your listing — branded with your logo, headshot, and contact info, and laid out with the property's hero photo, key stats, description, room-by-room features, photo gallery, and floor plan.

The lower price applies whenever your order already brings us out to the property — it doesn't have to be photography. We're cheaper because the photos, the address and the specs are already in hand; a sheet built from images we've never seen is a slower job.
Printed copies are delivered to your brokerage office within Greater Vancouver. Delivery is included. Print delivery is not available in Squamish — Squamish listings receive the digital feature sheet only.
Turnaround & revisions
First proof within 48 hours of order, with 1 round of revisions included. Printed copies are delivered next business day after proof approval.
What we need from you
After you place the order, we'll reach out within 24 hours to collect your branding details (logo, headshot, brokerage info) and the listing details we need to populate the sheet. If you've already filled out your Brand Profile in Settings, we'll use that automatically.
