Yes — Team Members lets you give a co-listing partner or assistant access to your order files.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click Manage team access and invite by email.
- They can view and download the files from every order on your account, including shoots you book later.
You can also set this up from a listing instead of Settings: open Share Access on any order and tick Share all my shoots with them — past and future. Leave that box unticked and they only get that one property.
Access starts as soon as you invite them — there is nothing for them to accept. We email them a personal link that opens your files without an Omidia account, so it isn't meant to be forwarded. If they do have an Omidia account, the same files appear under Shared with Me in their dashboard.
They can't edit orders, see pricing, book shoots, or invite anyone else — billing and account control stay with you. Remove someone from the Team screen and their link stops working right away.
